Hypnosis Relaxation / Lucid Dreaming Hypnosis
Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, and take a few deep breaths. As you exhale, feel your body starting to relax more and more.
Now, close your eyes and continue to take slow, deep breaths. As you breathe in, imagine that you're breathing in a warm, relaxing energy. And as you breathe out, imagine that you're releasing any tension or stress from your body.
Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into a Hypnosis state of relaxation. Feel your body becoming heavier and more comfortable with each passing moment.
Now, imagine that you're standing at the top of a staircase, with 10 steps leading down in front of you. With each step that you take, you'll become more and more relaxed.
So, take the first step now, and feel yourself becoming more relaxed. Take the second step, and feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation. Take the third step, and feel all tension leaving your body. Take the fourth step, and feel your mind becoming calm and peaceful. Take the fifth step, and feel your body becoming weightless. Take the sixth step, and feel your senses becoming more vivid. Take the seventh step, and feel your awareness expanding. Take the eighth step, and feel yourself entering a dream-like state. Take the ninth step, and feel yourself becoming one with the universe. And finally, take the tenth step, and feel yourself completely and deeply relaxed.
Hypnosis Relaxation / Lucid Dreaming Hypnosis
, imagine that you're standing in a beautiful, peaceful place. It could be a beach, a forest, a mountain, or any place that makes you feel calm and relaxed. Look around you, and notice the details of your surroundings. What colors do you see? What sounds do you hear? What does the air smell like?
As you continue to relax deeper and deeper, you may start to feel a sense of floating or drifting. This is perfectly normal. Simply allow yourself to drift deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Now, imagine that you're dreaming. You're aware that you're dreaming, and you can control what happens in your dream. You can fly, you can explore new worlds, you can talk to people, or you can simply enjoy the experience of being in a lucid dream.
Take a moment to set an intention for your lucid dream. What would you like to experience? What would you like to learn? What would you like to create?
Now, allow yourself to enter the dream fully. Feel the freedom and excitement of being able to do anything you want in this dream world. Enjoy your lucid dream for as long as you like.
When you're ready to wake up, simply tell yourself that you'll wake up at the count of three. One... two... three.
Take a few deep breaths, and slowly open your eyes. Feel the peace and relaxation that you've created in your mind and body. And know that you can return to this state of relaxation and lucid dreaming anytime you like.
